  •  The beauty of yoga is that it can be suitable for anyone, regardless of age or body shape.

  • Flexibility is about the proportions of your body, your range of movement and the different activities you do. It is not a skill you are born or not born with. No matter how much I practice, I'll never get my heels to the floor in a downward dog. Not because I'm not trying, but because my ankles aren't made that way.

  • Of course there are ways to enhance your range of movement, and that's what I am here for. But, you don't 'get good' at yoga, it'a not a competition to see who can bend the furthest. You just turn up to the mat, experience the poses and use all the props you need to make them feel good for you.
